- This is a direct sales Projects & Consulting Business role (Individual Contributor role) with Yearly revenue ownership - sales (revenue) achievement.
- Ability to identify and acquire new logos, create new business opportunities.
- Should be able to engage C levxel executives.
- Should have good understanding of the P&C industry segment with added experience in Enterprise Applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM), Cloud and Digital solutions.
- Should be a good communicator with articulative skills. This role being customer facing will require leading presentations / discussions with the customers including price and contract negotiation.
- He should have been the primary owner (Forecast owner) of the numbers in his previous sales roles.
- Should be a go getter and be able to own and drive the internal teams towards achieving the stated goals.
- Should have managed large P&C accounts sales.
- Industry Knowledge (at least one of them is essential - Automotive, CPRD, Manufacturing).
